Cadence CRM

A workflow-shaped CRM for a services business whose process didn't fit off-the-shelf tools.

The Challenge

The team had customised a generic CRM so heavily that no one trusted its data. Half the process ran in separate spreadsheets, and reporting was largely estimated.

The Solution

We rebuilt the CRM around the actual stages the business works in, with automation for the repetitive transitions and a clean data model underneath. Reporting comes straight from the pipeline, not a monthly export.
